I switched to this chemist a few years back and did not regret. I think it's a multi-generational family business and they'll get to know you and your needs. For the ladies: This pharmacy is GREAT destination for your favourite skincare brands: La Roche, CeraVe, Clique - I find myself tempted each time 😁 My only recommendation for one of the pharmacists: Maybe it's a neurodivergent issue, but when something is out of stock, please don't just stay "it's out of stock" with no follow up - most of us don't know what to reply to that and it can feel a little intimidating, especially when you don't offer me a printout of the prescription. Follow up with a "I can check again now." or "Come back Monday, then it might be back." or "I will check in the next days and can give you a call when it's back!" - the rest of the staff usually does that, and it makes it easier to understand what to do. We don't expect you to be all sunshine, but help us resolve the situation as we often don't know the options. Especially since when this happened last time, you colleague checked on the spot and it was indeed back in stock. Other than that - I still insist that this is one of the pharmacies closest to what I was used to when I lived in Germany (aka very good).

So fortunate to have this family chemist as our local pharmacy. They always answer the phone and are professional and courteous. Recently, they went the extra mile on a Saturday when I needed an urgent prescription in Portugal - am extremely grateful as we would’ve been in a serious predicament without their help. Don’t go anywhere else; they’re amazing!
